February 8, 2025 – Attended Black Philanthropy Initiative Fundraiser, featuring Governor Katie Hobbs as keynote speaker. Congratulations to the BPI Event Committee for convening this outstanding event.

February 11-15, 2025 – TLC sponsored the Arizona Commission on African American Affairs Annual Event. The new AZCAAA Director, Jerry McPherson is taking this organization to heights it has never achieved. Watch this dynamic leader.

February 20, 2025 – Collective community organizations hosted the Black, Brown, and College Bound Symposium, engaging 250+ students, parents, and educators in discussions on higher education and career pathways -at ASU West. Special thanks to the founders and sponsors of this initiative that is celebrating its 6th year.

 

February 25, 2025 – I attended the Arizona Bridging Progress State Report event, where the Governor and community leaders outlined DEI priorities.  Congratulations to Governor Katie Hobbs, her Senior Advisor Whitney Daniels and the Governor’s staff for an outstanding event.
